Our academy caters to young football players aged 5 to 16, offering age-specific training programs to ensure optimal development.

Each age-group team will be coached by two coaches: a team head coach and an assistant coach. Head coaches hold UEFA Pro or A coaching licenses and have at least over a decade of experience in developing young talent across Europe and Asia.

We maintain a low player-to-coach ratio of 5:1 to 10:1, ensuring individual attention and personalized coaching. During our academy training, our age-group teams have two dedicated coaches, allowing them to focus on each player's specific needs and help them reach their full potential.

Our training philosophy is based on a holistic approach, focusing on the following:

• Under 6: Fun-filled introduction to football, focusing on basic skills and ball control

• Under 8: Developing core skills and ball control through engaging drills and games

• Under 10: Refining technical abilities and tactical as well as spatial awareness

• Under 12: Building on foundational skills and introducing advanced techniques

• Under 14: Developing physical fitness, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities

• Under 16: Advanced training with a focus on match simulation and performance optimization

Most importantly, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals, not just football players. Each player receives coaching on physical fitness, mental strength, and nutritional guidance, fostering essential life skills.

We conduct regular talent identification sessions to spot promising young players. Our team includes an experienced range of coaches, scouts, and FIFA-licensed agents accredited to represent minors. These professionals identify and nurture exceptional talent.

Throughout Southeast Asia, we have access to a great number of top-level football competitions, both youth and senior, while our international connections offer opportunities for players to gain exposure to foreign clubs and leagues.
