How he coaches
The Croatian principles behind every session Matija designs.
Principle
Technique first
Thousands of touches. Every child on the ball, every minute.
Principle
Small-sided games
More touches, more decisions, more involvement in every session.
Principle
Decisions, not drills
Players learn to read the game, not repeat patterns.
Principle
Character
Standards, competition and respect, every single session.
The CFA coaching team
Licensed coaches on the pitch every week, working to Matija's curriculum, and the team behind them.
