About these terms
These terms apply to Croatian Football Academy Asia and the CFA companies and partners that run our programmes in each country (together, "CFA", "we", "us"). They cover our website and all CFA programmes: academy training, camps in Asia, Croatia tours, Club Boarding, school programmes and partner programmes. Some programmes also have their own booking terms, which apply alongside these.
Using our website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but programme details, dates and fees can change. The details confirmed when you register or book are the ones that apply.
Registration and eligibility
A parent or guardian must register any player under 18 and accept these terms on their behalf. Programmes have age groups and, for some, selection or assessment. We may decline or move a registration if a programme isn't suitable for a player's age, level or needs.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown on each programme page or confirmed when you register. Academy fees are invoiced in advance. Camp, tour and boarding fees, deposits and payment deadlines are confirmed at booking. If payment is late, we may pause a player's place until it's settled.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the programme and are confirmed at booking. If we cancel a session, camp or tour, we'll offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund. We're not responsible for travel or other costs you've arranged yourself unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Changes to programmes
We may need to change venues, times, coaches or itineraries, for example because of weather, safety or availability. We'll tell families as early as we can, and we'll keep changes to a minimum.
Croatia tours and Club Boarding
For programmes in Croatia, families are responsible for valid passports, any visas or entry requirements, and travel insurance that covers football. A parent or guardian must give written consent for a minor to travel. Players must follow the instructions of CFA staff, host families and clubs, and the rules of the countries they visit. We may send a player home, at the family's cost, for serious or repeated misconduct.
Health and medical
Parents must tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or medication that could affect a player's participation, and keep us updated. In an emergency, we'll seek medical treatment for a player and contact the family as soon as possible.
Conduct
Players, parents and coaches agree to follow our code of conduct. We may suspend or remove a player from a programme for behaviour that puts others at risk or seriously disrupts sessions.
Safeguarding
Every CFA programme follows our safeguarding policy. Families and staff must report any safeguarding concern to us straight away.
Photos and video
We take photos and videos at our programmes. We only publish images of children with parental consent, as set out in our privacy policy.
Risk and liability
Football is a contact sport with an inherent risk of injury. To the extent the law allows, CFA is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our name and content
The CFA name, crest, kit designs, curriculum and the content on this website belong to CFA and may not be used without our written permission.
Other websites
Our website may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the CFA company you register or book with is based, unless a programme's booking terms say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
